- Information you enter into the rate calculator, including salary benchmark, working pattern and experience selections, submitted with your email address.
- Details you include when you email us or book a call.
- Basic technical information such as browser type and pages visited, used to keep the Site working.
How we collect it
We collect personal information directly from you when you submit a form on this Site, email us, or book a call through our scheduling provider.
Why we use it
- To provide the results, resources or coaching services you asked for.
- To respond to your enquiries and manage bookings.
- To send you occasional emails about programmes such as Encore Flex, where you have provided your details. You can unsubscribe at any time.
- To improve the Site and our services, and to meet our legal obligations.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us operate the business, including our website and database hosting provider, our scheduling provider (Calendly) and our email provider. Some of these providers may store data outside Australia. We also disclose information where required by law.

Storage and security
We take reasonable steps to protect personal information from misuse, loss and unauthorised access. Data submitted through this Site is stored with our hosting provider on secure, access-controlled infrastructure. You can ask us for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email pamela@thepivotspace.com and we will respond within a reasonable time.
